Born from 10+ years of working in some of the best kitchens in NYC, our chefs realized that food waste is rampant, and challenged themselves to think outside the box to create new, upcycled desserts.
Anna, Jessica and RanDe are native New Yorkers with a passion for real food and sustainability. Having spent over 10 years as a pastry chef in New York City restaurants and hotels , Anna became interested in creating high-end, flavorful foods with a focus around sustainability. As a former Peace Corps volunteer and current MBA student, Jessica developed a fascination in how socially-conscious businesses could flourish with great products and missions. RanDe, presently overseeing operations at his family’s restaurant in Harlem, as well as working as a community organizer is a strong believer in social investing and mindful purchasing. We are thrilled to deliver an absolutely delicious product, that with one bite, will show the world what is delectably possible in healthy sustainable cooking! “
